Limited Capability for Work Related Activity (LCWRA)

A possible outcome of a work capability assessment in which a claimant is deemed not only too ill or disabled to work, but also too ill or disabled to perform work-related activity, such as preparing to move into work in the future. Claimants who are deemed to have LCWRA receive increased benefits as a result, and these benefits have no conditionality attached to them.
