Traditional, reactive support models often address single issues in isolation, failing to account for the complex realities of residents’ lives. This approach also means that intervention often comes too late.
Royal Borough of Greenwich hypothesised that a more holistic, person-centred approach could identify and resolve underlying issues that might otherwise go unnoticed. In alignment with the DWP’s Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) framework, the project aimed to shift from reactive services to proactive, preventative support, to build sustainable financial resilience for residents while generating significant long-term cost savings for the council.
