Deven Ghelani was on the BBC World Service programme Newshour  (12.00pm, 25.06.2012) debating David Cameron’s Welfare Reform Proposals announced that same morning.  This included the idea that people on benefits should have to think about whether they can afford to have a fourth child, just as those in work have to consider their earning ability.

He was speaking for the Centre for Social Justice with Chris Wellings of Save the Children.  Razia Iqbal was the presenter.
